      New CEO (OCT 2021) is a welcome change. Well Financed and getting the right press coverage. Acquisitions are cohesive to overall strategy. Serious product and support improvements in the last 6 months.

      Cons

      Battle Scars Still some change of the deck chairs but seem to have good people in the right places. Crowded market

      Work from home, or from anywhere, flexible policy

      Cons

      Such a self-promoting, rah-rah, rock star culture you start to wonder what value the company delivers to customers. The #weareivanti tagline feels like something from football culture, Greek life. Very odd.
