Some great people, many longstanding, many recently acquired Resources - such as marketing are excellent

Cons

The ability to execute is poor. Having stated that growth is primarily by acquisition, the lack of capability of combining the companies into a coherent working unt is a disaster. Separate fiefdoms, separate sales structures, disastrous lack of understanding or empathy about acquired company's culture, customer base or go to market mean significant employee dissatisfaction and attrition.

Pathetic work life balance

Employees are very friendly and helpful They pay good amount of hike before joining

Cons

No Work life balance Managers promise to show off to upper management and ruin developer's work life balance (does not matter which level developer you are). Even on weekends they expect you to work. Hardly you'll get time for family. HR's are never bothered Very less hike once joined (yearly hike)
