      Pros

      It was known for good products portfolio and capability ( PulseSecure and Mobile Iron days )

      Cons

      Poor vision , weekly disclosure of vulnerabilities, poor customer support , cost savings oriented In Middle east and Africa , operations is managed by Midis group whom leak business fundamentals and very bad in benefits

      Pros

      Work life balance, the only thinking keeping people. Ivanti acquired many good companies, if they manage it well they can bounce back miraculously

      Cons

      Lack of innovation. Sale driven product company. Leadership sells up-keeping work as vision to its employees. In a 2-3 years competition from rival products will sink the ship. Recent lay offs across the offices. No appraisal/hikes for the last two years. Too much internal politics lately and lack of vision are rocking the boat. The company zestfully went on acquisition spree and then gave up in the middle

      They love meetings and do less execution

      Pros

      Ivantí's NSG group thrive on meetings. Engineers calendar is filled with meetings and hardly any time they give to do any work. Managers share their anxieties, plans , importance of project etc in these meetings with Engineers. They even dont spare engineers to have lunch and instead they show their plan during lunch meeting. End of the day they put pressure on engineers and question them in public meeting. If some one want to do any work they have to really work at night or take a leave. This will burn out engineers and unable to deliver any quality deliverables.

      Cons

      Company mostly managed by managers who dont have any development back ground or understanding. Managed mostly by testing managers, scrum managers etc and they thrive on PPT which finally dont have any value on product. This group is just surviving due to few Architects, Principal engineers etc,
