      Some great people but the awful ones drag it down.

      Pros

      Some great people to work with, very talented and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere in general. Regular company activities. Decent perks.

      Cons

      Some awful people to work with, often intelligent but with the social skills of Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. Also very cliquey. Always got the impression from long term employees that everything had been in a downward spiral for a number of years. In my department the team leaders seemed to run the department rather than the departmental manager.

      Can be flexible on working arrangements Some good people Diverse nationalities

      Cons

      Soul being ripped from the UK relocating many roles and functions to Poland, moved support and lost lots of great technical support staff and lots of knowledge More focused on cost cutting than maintaining consistency across the business for customers Staff overworked and undervalued not allowing Promote an environment where employees can grow and evolve but this is not a reality, business units act as segregated islands
