Cons

Management doesn't care about people and not shy to openly state it. The company has a terrible culture and everyone (or almost everyone) from recent acquisitions are looking for job. People even taking salary cuts - just to get away from this POS.

Some great people, many longstanding, many recently acquired Resources - such as marketing are excellent

Cons

The ability to execute is poor. Having stated that growth is primarily by acquisition, the lack of capability of combining the companies into a coherent working unt is a disaster. Separate fiefdoms, separate sales structures, disastrous lack of understanding or empathy about acquired company's culture, customer base or go to market mean significant employee dissatisfaction and attrition.
