      Another great company crippled by beaurocracy

      Salary & Commission, Flexible working (hours and location) and Work-Life balance

      Cons

      Beaurocracy, Protectionist behaviour with company favourites (despite glaring issues and attitudes), Lack of adequate training, Management are blinded by their ivory tower views and lack the gumption to change major issues.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      The new executive team has injected a great sense of urgency. They communicate frequently and effectively, and are extremely transparent. This has created a new confidence in the company. Even in these difficult times, new investment is coming, and customers are buying our solutions. There is a new found energy across the board which will drive the company forward at a faster pace than before. These are exciting times for Ivanti and its' customers and partners.

      Cons

      The relationships at executive level can come across as "cliquey" and there is a feeling in some places that certain parts of the business are favoured other overs.
