      Insular environment, micro managing and bullying tactics sometimes

      A few colleagues, nice location

      Cons

      Management, either micro or not at all, feels like they want some people to fail, beurocracy, politics, a lot of management chain. Some very big egos to contend with daily... weird and horrible place
