      You don't have to worry alone when you have a problem. It is a place where you can talk to your peers around you and they will all implement efforts to bring the problem closer to a solution.

      Cons

      We rely on the power of individuals, and when those people are no longer with us, our power is weakened.

      Coworkers are usually good to work with, but a lot of people are very stressed.

      Cons

      Pay is better elsewhere, many other companies value their employees more. Everything isn't all about numbers.
