Pros

Some of the people within the company are great. You can learn a lot from them (non management level employees).

Cons

Lack of communication from top to bottom It has become a bit high schools. When your executives encourage you to leave the company during all hands calls and the kickoff, you start to wonder why you are still there. There is no direction coming from management. You are asked to work on projects, but then they tell you stop activity. I really hope they are around and doing well in the coming months. Every other day someone is leaving the company.

While the pandemic has made it more challenging, we work to make the virtual communication as frequent and transparent as possible. We were pleased our recent employee engagement survey showed high marks for Management communication and vision.
