      Good people, good benefits and work-life balance

      Cons

      Corporate is slow to make changes. Company acquired a lot of companies in a short time-frame and it is currently integrating all the different processes inherited.

      A lot of opportunities

      Pros

      - on bleed edge of technologies; - all of offices where I was working are full of smart and friendly engineers; - low level (up to offices director) management is really taking care about work life balance and proactively taking measures to avoid burning out; - architecture team is very open for propositions from engineers

      Cons

      - uncertainty about future (staff shortening, offices closure); - a lot of acquisitions which is causing throwing away projects/ideas; - many experienced people left and is keep leaving company without proper knowledge transfer.
