The salary is not competitive. Too much gap between salaries of technical support and technical consultants. Support used to do the job of professional consultants. [We are a bg family..we are all the same..(except the salary of course)] The technical knowledge of technical consultant is much lower that people in support. TRAINING? It is pure sci-fiction: despite some internal training nothing to do...only the usual rethoric: "we buy they book, we give one day off, you do the exam..."
