The entire executive team was fired or left in Spring 2020 and the new team is arrogant and rude. And many people who reported to the old executive team were fired or left shortly after. The new team is in it until someone buys us and that's it. Everyone knows it and they admit it. One VP was fired by a new executive because 'he was too nice'. Various people have left because they're sick of execs screaming and yelling at them. Anyone good is leaving, jumping ship. Go department by department and people are leaving. The strategy and the products are messy. There is disagreement about them and the product and sales team won't listen to the customers we talk to. If you apply for a job make sure you ask why it is open. It's not because we are growing, it's because the person who had the job before you left because she hated it or was fired. We have old products, bad management. It's a sinking ship.
