I don't have in my mind cons about Ivanti. I will probably encourage a healthier work environment with less sugar treat on every occasion and corners.

It's a fast paced software environment for a company who is really trying to do things differently.

Cons

Sometimes the left hand and the right hand would not work together which caused frustration
