      Pros

      I've been struck by how helpful my colleagues are, and how accommodating the culture is. It's not unusual to find colleagues who work a 4-day week, time-shifted hours, and most folks are either partially or fully remote. There's a lot more focus on results than hours spent behind the computer.

      Cons

      As with any company that's gone through several acquisitions, there's some ongoing change management work. Compared to what I've seen elsewhere, this is relatively well-managed.
