      Pros

      Broad set of solutions allows employees to get involved in many areas solving problems for IT professionals. Global presence provides opportunities to travel and collaborate with teams across the world. A management team which, can always improve, is committed to listening to employees and really cares and is aware how the decisions they make affect people. New technology learning opportunities, the company has several ways to skill up on new tech, mentoring program in R&D, tuition reimbursement program, flexibility to move between teams, and a regular cadence of innovation / hackathon days. Great work life balance and an awesome place to come build your career.

      Cons

      Growth through acquisition can make for a lot of change in roadmap and impact to existing direction. If you cant abide change this may cause some level of concern. Merging cultures of acquired companies can be hard.

      Pros

      I love working at Ivanti as the company is ambitious and has great products! There is room to grow and my role ans scope has grown consistently. I have the opportunity to travel, am empowered and manage my own time. I am not micro managed and my manager is there to coach and support as required. We have some great perks and benefits - on site gym, free parking, on site bistro, massages and social events. We work hard, but are rewarded for this. The Exec Team are approachable and do their best to get out to as many offices as possible. We see at least two Executives once or twice a quarter and they are always keen to speak and listen to as many people as possible which is appreciated.

      Cons

      It was hard to catch your breath in 2017 with so many acquisitions, which was a challenge for integration activity. So far so good this year!

      Great people doing great things for great clients

      Pros

      Ivanti may be headquartered in South Jordan, Utah, but I've met Ivanti employees, partners, and customers from all over the world. They are uniformly some of the sharpest, most passionate, hardest-working, and funniest people I've met in almost 40 years in the information technology industry. If you like working with great people, in person or remotely, you won't find better than at Ivanti.

      Cons

      The work is demanding, and deadline pressure can be significant, but no more than that at any other company trying to change a significant part of a market (or the world). Recent changes in leadership have yet to play out fully, which likely causes some uncertainty across the organization.
