      Pros

      Some great people to work with, very talented and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere in general. Regular company activities. Decent perks.

      Cons

      Some awful people to work with, often intelligent but with the social skills of Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. Also very cliquey. Always got the impression from long term employees that everything had been in a downward spiral for a number of years. In my department the team leaders seemed to run the department rather than the departmental manager.

      Pros

      Basic software company, but that's just it.

      Cons

      First of all, they have acquired so many companies and had so many merges in such a short time that it feels like there is no security in the company. People who get moved up are the ones that are friends with managers. For example, one guy on the team could go out and sleep in his van for hours with no trouble while someone else would take an extra 5 minutes on lunch and get in trouble. lol.
