Ivanti has been a great company to grow with. Revenue has been strong and the acquisitions have kept organic growth on track with field teams making good incomes. On a good trajectory...

Cons

A history of good culture, but caution that with the churn to the leadership team driving change for the sake of change has had a knock on affect.

Good WLB with Good Tech Stack

Competitive Pay Awesome WLB Existing Tech Stack is Good, although making change in existing arch might be problematic as they have monolith arch for now

Cons

Annual hike not good Not much hike in Promotion Slow process/Less active management Annual Bonus is less compared with on paper
