Company is good - Management is disappointing

Pros

Company is growing steadily. Product continues to sale, and company is positioned strongly to continue viability. Lots of bright and talented individuals currently work here.

Cons

No individual growth from within. Management says that they have a goal to foster internal development and career paths, but then offers no support or training and will not promote from within the company. Very much a "good ol' boys club."

Good software. Not great but good enough.

Cons

No MAC support and none coming! Only worried about how big they can make the company not about the products or people. VP and above only concerned with how they can get rich. Good old boy network. If you are in it you will be rewarded. If you are not, you will pay a big price. Will stab you to get what they want for the people in the network.

Time-off policies, great co-workers, good company values and awesome support team. Wavelink is a great foot in the door for people interested in mobility and business-critical applications.

Cons

small office, little room for growth. Other than that it is great.
