      Great employees who work hard and create a friendly environment Industry leading technology with opportunity to make it even better Engineering department offers flexible work environment including working at home one day/week or working nine nines Salary is fair

      Cons

      Private company where very little stock has been offered. Lack of focus. Working on so many things that it is hard to be best at any one thing.

      Great colleagues Good teamwork ethos within the business Easy to move around, get promoted or try different roles or travel

      Cons

      Salary was very low compared to other organisations in the same area, if you came in new you had to negotiate a good salary as pay rises were few and far between

      Pros

      LANDesk has a great company culture and is very good at acknowledging and rewarding hard-work through various award schemes. The company is in a great position and had a strong leadership team who have a very well communicated vision for the organisation. The salaries and additional benefits are very good.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of a downside at all. It can be difficult working for a US company when you are not based in that US office but, in my opinion, that is the same for every US organisation
