      Pros

      I have been working with Ivanti past one year. I truly appreciate the open communication, team collaboration, and leadership support on the project, that I am working on. The company upholds innovation (working on supporting latest cyber security areas), and takes care of employee welfare(Good health insurance policy, and Health fitness benefits). I work with a team filled with talented, dedicated supportive colleagues, and makes that as best the part of my journey with Ivanti. The leadership makes it a point to communicate to the team on the short term and long term vision with clarity and good frequency. I’m proud to be part of this team, and excited about what the future holds for Ivanti, as we continue to grow and innovate together.

      Cons

      One improvement I’ve observed is related to knowledge-sharing practices between business groups.

There are numerous training programs, workshops, and opportunities for advancement. The company encourages continuous learning and provides the resources needed to help you reach your career goals.

      While the fast-paced nature of the tech industry can be exciting, it can also be challenging. Deadlines are tight, and the workload can be heavy at times. This can lead to stress, especially during peak periods.
