The employees are the best part of this company.

Ivanti has been in business for over 30 years and over time, it was able to develop a strong company culture of people first, teamwork, career advancement and empowerment. This is no longer the case and it has been sad to see what has happened to this company under new leadership in a short period of time. In the beginning of 2020, Ivanti’s main investor decided to turn out the entire executive team and brought in a new CEO. Changes are great, until those changes affect everyone who is not an Executive or VP. The new executive team has been transparent in this aspect that the main goal is to get Ivanti in a position to sell. Due to that motivation, the new executive team could care less about Ivanti employees, their career advancements and what happens to the company long term. Once the company sells, they will be able to make a lot of money from the hefty amounts of company equity they have been promised from the investors. They do not care about the contribution employees have given to the company over the last several years. The strong company culture that was built over decades has nearly been wiped out by a leadership team that does not care about culture, opportunities and helping the employee base grow in career opportunities and compensation. They only care about eventually selling the company. Ivanti used to be highly involved in the community leading in STEM educational activities for many different schools around the Salt Lake Valley, including lower income school districts, in order to help those students in those areas. They also used to have a robust Volunteer program where employees could easily volunteer throughout the community and make an impact. All that is gone and no longer a priority. If you want to join a company that cares about the community and the impact it makes globally, Ivanti is no longer that company.

Thank you for the candid feedback. We strive for continued improvement. While it is true our company has grown exponentially this year by focusing on our customers’ needs and through smart acquisitions, we remain committed to the communities where we operate. This includes Utah, where we built a brand new global headquarters this year in South Jordan. Unfortunately due to Covid, we are not officing there until it is safe for our teams to return to work. We are looking forward to opening the new office and getting the community back together again. Again, thank you for your feedback and we wish you the best in your next endeavor.
