The people are nice and great to work with. Decent benefits. Every other Friday afternoon off.

Cons

The company is not growing, slowly dying. Lack of development, growth opportunities, raises, or job security. Lack of anything you would consider and want in your career. Defensive culture. Just don't be the next one to be laid off is the game. No future here.

Very innovative products and services.

Management needs better direction and team building. It’s not great to leave people in the dark about their performance and then make it feel like a pig at a slaughter house for months then be let go.
