      Pros

      This company is full of bright and talented co-workers that are great to work with. I've worked at other large companies in the past and this one is the best! Management cares about their employees and want them to succeed. They are willing to make the tough decisions that may not make everyone happy. We work on amazing products that make a huge difference for our customers. I really enjoy working here and highly recommend it.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits could be better with less hoops to jump through.

      Pros

      One of the best tech companies to work for in UT (or anywhere). Competitive salaries, excellent benefits, varied and exciting growth opportunities, interesting cutting edge software products, and a really great company culture! Overall I feel that the company provides an excellent working environment with solid career opportunities.

      Cons

      Doesn't quite stack up to some other tech company's as far as benefits are concerned (i.e. on-site food options, telecommuting options, on-site gym, etc.)

      Pros

      Software is incredible - they have a wide range of Security Products to choose from.

      Cons

      Lots of Mergers in this companies history - original coders are all gone and there is a fair amount of scrambling trying to keep everything going because they have lost a lot of good people that had a lot of irreplaceable product knowledge in their "strategic Mergers."
