Pros

I know nothing as such,

Cons

Working at Ivanti has been a frustrating experience due to disorganized and ineffective leadership. The upper management seems to have no clear strategy or vision for the company. Important decisions are made last minute and often reversed without any explanation, creating confusion and uncertainty among the employees. There’s a serious lack of communication, and when leadership does communicate, it’s usually vague and non-committal. This disorganization has led to a stressful and unproductive work environment. Ivanti suffers from a toxic work culture fostered by its leadership. There is a pervasive lack of accountability, with managers often blaming their subordinates for their own mistakes. Constructive feedback is scarce; instead, criticism is harsh and unproductive. Upper management is disconnected from the realities on the ground and fails to address critical issues, leading to widespread dissatisfaction. The environment feels hostile, and there is a high turnover rate as a result.

Don't Believe the Marketing Hype

Pros

If the people aren't Executive or Senior leadership, you will meet some of the most dedicated, hard-working, and best people in your career. It is a true remote-first workplace, and the pay and benefits use to be on par with the industry. Has some great products if they could just maintain direction.

Cons

Ignore the inclusivity and positive posts that their HR and Marketing groups push out, the culture here is toxic due to the top levels being a bunch of self-congratulatory and self-blinded cheerleaders who only listen to themselves, and not those deemed beneath them. The CEO is clueless, and lets the other C's run rampant with their latest ideas and initiatives that are not driven by any rationale given to statistics, data, and worse, customer feedback. Great lip-service is given to the customer, but all true customer programs have been decimated or given to those who really don't care. Have a concern, idea, or suggestion? Don't take it to Senior leadership, if it isn't their idea they shoot it down, and will find a way of getting you out of the company, it has happened so many times to truly good, hard-working and talented individuals. However, if you climb the corporate ladder by not delivering on promises, but by heaping praise on your leadership, and finding others to do the work, then this is the place for you. This is a "good ol' boys" club at the top, so you do have to give them credit that they have diversity in having women in the club too. If you value your mental health, want to feel valued and appreciated for your contributions without having to be a teachers pet, and let your work speak for itself, then there is NO part of this company that is for you.
