      Never confuse product functionality and delivery with the sale.

      Pros

      It used to be a fun company until about 2 years ago then it started branching out with new products and everyone has been spread too thin. Otherwise there is no good reason to work at LANDesk, it's a job.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and investment in the people. the willingness to something right versus minimum standards and a falling expectation of excellence in the workplace.

      The company is not customer focused. Lots of turnover with many of the most experienced account managers leaving.

      Multiple leadership changes; not a strong sales culture in my opinion; high turnover in sales; compensation plan changed repeatedly and not in reps favor;
