Pros

I am current employee of Ivanti, it is Fast growing, doubled the size and revenue in last one year. I guess company is going in right direction. Good opportunity to learn and grow with it.

Cons

I have not seen much of cons, except for senior management is very aggressive on the goals and teams are overloaded.
