Employee dedicated, client focused, outstanding management
Pros
Been with IC more than 5 years and wouldn't dream of leaving. Leadership is thoughtful, conscientious and generous. Their projects are challenging and rewarding. They are really focused on employee growth and define growth plans for each of us and work very hard to stick to them. They are outstanding communicators and very transparent, and we always know what is going on for our projects, within the company, and how it will affect us INDIVIDUALLY. So much effort goes into this, but I always know where I stand. Benefits are great, there is a bonus program, and their parties (and swag) are the best! Work/Life balance is an actual PRIORITY. It's also extremely diverse (guessing 75% minority and 50% female - which is amazing for IT).
