Pros
First and foremost, IvoryCloud has an awesome company culture. They work hard, and they play hard. It really is a fun, close-knit team that likes to connect inside and outside the office #NerdsUnite In parallel with that teammate mentality, I have never worked somewhere that so clearly values the individual. Everyone’s voice is heard, and everyone is encouraged to get involved whenever and however possible. They encourage and tangibly support individual growth through additional trainings, courses, and certifications, and if you have something in mind that they’re unfamiliar with, they want to hear about it and support your endeavor. The open-door policy means communication is constantly flowing in all directions. They also promote a wonderful optional incentive program in which you and your manager(s) select business areas for you to explore and try something new. They have great benefits (low-deductible PPO which they pay half of for the whole family, life insurance, long and short term disability, 401k matching, etc.), flexible hours where/as possible, and flexible remote work. The work/life balance is so refreshing. This is a unique group of people who love what they do and do it exceptionally well. If you have the opportunity to join this crazy-smart and collaborative team, TAKE IT.
Cons
I’ve worked with IvoryCloud for less than a year but had the unique experience of working alongside them for several years on a previous project. I have yet to see or experience anything unfortunate, adverse, or otherwise disappointing.
