- Amazing coworkers - Fulfilling work - Connecting with students - Decent pay relative to similar positions at other local colleges

Cons

- Toxic leadership - Campus vision is not student-centered - No incentive to take leadership roles, because it just makes you a target for unrealistic expectations and pressure to implement a top-down vision that only cares about numbers
