We continue to push forward to make other improvements as Iyuno expands its global reach, such as holding monthly town halls and social events which bring together the entire company to provide employees with opportunities to spend time together and foster an engaging and collaborative team environment. We are also working on providing training for all employees to help them grow and develop. We’re working on this with focus and commitment and we will continue working to better understand our employees and find ways to improve our company as a whole.

Pros

Perks include living in the office. Yearly company trips, opportunities to climb the corporate ladder if you prove yourself worthy enough and it is an international company. Pantry is generally stocked up, but that depends on the HR team. As the previous local HR team cared for its people. They now have changed team which might be a little different now.

Cons

Get ready to work all day every day. Get ready to NOT question about your salary, the COO will tell you to "not to think about the salary and only do the work". The company will find ways to fire you if they have made redundancy by accident which evidently becomes your fault. Corporate Korean mindset. The local group director only cares about their own position and not really the staff members and they are waiting to see who slips up.
