Pros
The website works, my manager is super nice and easy to communicate with, and you can do the work from home or wherever you are when you choose to yourself.
Cons
You get 4 dollars per translated minute, no matter what the genre and how hard it is to translate. It's a very low rate, and the various payout methods like Paypal eat even more away of your salary with their ridiculous exchange rate and fees. This means you have to translate very fast in order to get a somewhat decent wage, and that compromises the quality. The rate is simply not high enough compared to how expensive it is to live in Denmark. This is a general problem with translation, and I think that is why there are quite a lot of bad subtitles out there.
