      There are some, but the cons outweigh the pros of working in this company.

      Cons

      Racist managing director, Weak HR, Cruel management, poor work-life balance, They expect you to work overtime without overtime pay. A few times in a week is fine, but it's ALL THE TIME. Inefficient workers are promoted to higher positions just because they are of the same race.

      Very interesting projects. New equipment.

      Cons

      Communication is appalling. Contracts are designed to adhere to the minimum requirements of local labor laws or possibly semi-legal employment solutions. No respect for personal life at all. No opportunities for career advancement and training unless you are Korean. So much time and money wasted due to poor management judgement and badly designed business strategies. A very stressful environment to work at not because of the clients or the projects but because of the untrained, inexperienced managers who do not have a clear communication style and professional integrity. HR is inexperienced with local regulations and makes serious mistakes.
