      Company culture is top-down. There is not much you can do as an HR to make changes for the company.

      Layoffs ongoing for more than a year

      Pros

      Initially WFH, great team members, great boss, hands-on in training and gives room to make mistakes and learn from it, doesnt make you feel stupid for asking questions. Just really amazing employees and teams overall very collaborative.

      Cons

      Upper management, really. So many changes to the point disorganized is an understatement, hides this fact behind the word "fast-paced changes". Also, layoffs are ongoing for more than a year now and so many have been laid off yet we see 1 or 2 new-hires. Pay is quite low specifically for this industry. No other company bonuses, just salary and law-mandated bonuses.
