      Pros

      You get a paycheck and work with people from around the world.

      Cons

      Feels like working as a slave for a subtitle factory. Turnover is crazy because wages ridiculously low and management is incompetent and uncaring. They pretend to care about quality but if they did, they would pay a decent wage. Profit is their only motivation, Getting a job there only works if you're not the breadwinner of your family and just looking to bring in extra income for pocket money for your kids or something.

      Great manager, but poor executives dragged our department down

      Compelling work environment, and solid tools available to complete my work

      Cons

      Commute was a real drag, especially when traveling to the Burbank office. And ultimately, the executive and upper management made the job hard to stomach
