Pros

Number 1 is the "fun" projects. Excellent job for someone who is crazy about video contents like TV shows and movies. And almost all employees are very friendly and pleasant to be working with. It's a fast-growing company and there seems to be quite many promotions and career advancement opportunities.

Cons

A lot of overtime and crazily high time pressure due to some very tight deadlines. And sometimes it feels like there are too many changes in the company, ie. policies and process, etc., which causes unsettling mood and confusion.

Pros

Perks include living in the office. Yearly company trips, opportunities to climb the corporate ladder if you prove yourself worthy enough and it is an international company. Pantry is generally stocked up, but that depends on the HR team. As the previous local HR team cared for its people. They now have changed team which might be a little different now.

Cons

Get ready to work all day every day. Get ready to NOT question about your salary, the COO will tell you to "not to think about the salary and only do the work". The company will find ways to fire you if they have made redundancy by accident which evidently becomes your fault. Corporate Korean mindset. The local group director only cares about their own position and not really the staff members and they are waiting to see who slips up.
