Pros

Nice project managers. The work itself can be entertaining.

Cons

The pay is low, especially when it is for difficult and fast videos. I thought they offer all people $1.5 until I found somebody saying $4. What are your rates? Feel Free to leave a comment so others can compare too. No feedback. So it is hard to figure out how to improve.
