Micromanaging at it's best

Pros

The company provide a lot of incentives and the office is easily accessible with public transportation.

Cons

However, the salary was too low for a degree graduate and the amount is not sustainable to live in the big city. The management was toxic, a lot of blaming each other over small mistakes that could be fixed instantly, and the upper management had a lot of free time to micromanage everyone. One person had to handle a two person job. Almost all tasks were "urgent" and despite being understaffed, they kept taking jobs from clients. There was no use of taking a day off because they will still disturb you with work AND will disturb you after work hour.

Thank you for sharing this feedback with us on Glassdoor. We are not certain in which office or country you worked, but overall, we are very pleased at the efforts senior management is putting into place to ensure a market-competitive total rewards compensation program. We have also established a schedule across all the time zones for the appropriate times to contact employees in their respective locations. Thank you again for sharing your input.

Treating us like disposable tissues

Business Outlook

Pros

Great colleagues and interesting client projects, but that's pretty much where the positives end. Easy to mingle with each other co-workers since all of us felt and been through the same nonsense from Management.

Cons

Upper management consistently overlooks employee welfare and mental well-being, prioritizing perfect output within unrealistic timeframes and offering inadequate compensation. When staff request salary adjustments, they're met with endless excuses and justifications for the lack of pay increases. Employees treated as disposable, with the attitude that anyone unhappy with the toxic culture can simply resign. This disregard for staff creates a demotivating and unsustainable work environment.
