As OTT market is expanding, can experience various fields within localization industry.

Cons

Being a global company, you are asked to sacrifice your time to communicate with foreign branches. Often asked to support other teams making it harder to develop your specialist skills

None. Free snacks. Mac computer. Free start up gifts (pens, cups, notes)

Cons

PMs and PCs are inable to do their works. Salaries are horrible. People are unfriendly. Long hours.
