You are making a bold statement about better job and everything. JB Hunt has no respect for women drivers. They do not stand behind their drivers and support them while they cave and waffle when it comes to certain shippers and receivers. They do not take sexual harassment seriously. They have terrible management where some of the managers treat their division as if it's their own personal fiefdom and treat the drivers like crap. What I got in return for over 4 years of service was a middle finger. I never had an issue with the company until a year ago when I started dealing with a specific manager that apparently nobody cares about the fact that he has mistreated his employees. That was on top of the fact that people's pay like my own was cut in half because of a few people complaining about how they didn't want to do the work I did and wanted to be paid the same I was. I stood to lose $600 a week because of that. When I made light to this issue with human resources they ignored it or referred it straight back to the management because Human Resources doesn't care as long as they are making money. I know that this is a business and businesses are in business to make money but you should never crap all over your drivers who are the backbone of the company. So in response, do not join this company if you value anything about yourself. they will do their best to ruin you. When a new driver can come right off the street making the same exact amount as a driver of 20 years I take issue to this. Do not let this company to lie to you. Find work elsewhere. Because even trying to move up in the company to be in management it gets worse. Especially when it comes to a female driver.

Leadership doesn’t genuinely care about it’s people. Tactical focus that disenfranchises associates due to lack of mentorship, appreciation, and reciprocation.
