Pros

The atmosphere at this site is amazing. Lots of flexibility in your work schedules and plenty of great co-workers to learn and interact with. The way that everyone pulls together to move towards and achieve goals really works for me.

Cons

At times, it can get really busy with the calls coming in all the time, but that's cause its a call center. This is not the fault of J Curve.

Good training for entry level, good benefits, advancement opportunities, different technologies supported in different departments so you can learn multiple technologies as you advance. Good structure and leadership.

Cons

Limited in some things they can do for employees, but they are a small company and do try their best...
