Pros

Pay is good for hourly workers. Days off are good. Company isn’t going anywhere really investing lots into this site to modernize and continue to keep up with demand. Good union as well.

Cons

Hours. Swing shifts are definitely not for everyone which is pay is just good. If they had set days or night shifts instead of the constant rotation. The pay would seem better. Sick days aren’t as advertised. They say you get 5 sick days but the last two they take from your regular vacation time which equals to half a week. The hourly office people do not have comeptivie pay. Actually are very much so lacking. All the responsibilities and they do not make more then the machine operators. Logistics management is not good. Very out of touch of their employees and the work that is done everyday. Most input from employees is not throughouly researched. Some improvements are made. They offer “promotions” to other jobs that would get you in a management position but they already know who they are putting in those spots. They don’t care about qualifications or experience, especially if

Cons

Very Democratic, They will make you feel like you are the enemy because you are white and will promote based on pigment rather then skills and honesty.
