J. Davis is a fast growing company. Leadership is very safety and culture driven. Genuinely care about employees and the work/home balance. Compensation and Benefits are competitive in the industry.

Cons

Weather can make it difficult in the Construction industry, but J. Davis has a variety of positions to help offset the downtime
