      Very nice people to work with. Great work life balance.

      No career advancement for most of the people. No employee development. Don't expect to get things done.

      Toxic work environment

      Pros

      Pay is competitive and benefits are good but do not make up for the toxic work environment and mental strain.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment is tolerated in the Atlanta corporate office and supported and overlooked by HR. This workplace is an old school environment that needs a total overhaul and house cleaning of senior management which is 99% white males. Women and minorities are not supported in senior management roles.

      401k - 5% match, plus an additional 5% yearly contribution in Q1 each year to employee 401k Time off, 2 weeks vacation for years 1-4, 3 weeks for years 5-9, 4 weeks for years 10-19, 5 weeks max at 20 years of service. Holiday time includes 8 scheduled/national holidays in the US, plus 4 floating holidays. -Family owned feeling, although that has diminished in recent years...

      Cons

      Privately owed, so this limits capital invested into maintain production plants and labs. Also the attempt to operate as lean as possible in regards to staffing is unfair to the ground level employee. Management staff is too top heavy and creates too much red tape to operate effectively. Slow to provide raises or promote from within...
