Pros

As far as corporations go, the stakeholders (i.e. family members) seem to genuinely care for their employees and provide a sustainable living wage at all levels. People are generally kind and able to contextualize stakes.

Cons

Management prides themselves on employee retention but this is a negative for people trying to climb the ranks. They also applaud themselves on parallel moves but there is no evidence of true career progression (i.e. internal promotion)
