      Pros

      J.M. Huber India pvt. ltd.- Jhagadia Pros are like- No continuous production work load Very good EHS policies Timely, Transportation and food.

      Cons

      1) Worst relieving policy at Plant site, they are,- - 3 month notice period without pay (total amount will be paid after 3 month) - In case of next day relieve- 3 month gross salary payout(which is very high amount) 2) Felt like Bureaucratic organisation( 1 gives order others are follower) 3)Highest paperwork- lac of technology

      Pros

      Great team and people, especially at corporate. Flexible with locations and working remotely. Learned a great deal due to corporate culture.

      Cons

      Corporate culture does not necessary trickle down to the business units. Sometimes there is too much red tape at business units, processes could be made more efficient.
