Pros

Average Company with average benefits and average everything. Everything is just average. It is a fine place to work.

Cons

Advancement is limited. Safety program is kind of a joke.

Pros

Huber practices genuine respect for people. Huber has strong guiding principles and develops its people. It has a real family atmosphere. Huber promotes collaboration among its businesses in environmental health and safety. Compensation is good and has high upside to tension.

Cons

Benefits are typical and not above average. Capital can be tight due to family owned nature of business. Huber does a good job of managing the workforce but might be a little light in technical resources. Doing too much with too little.

Pros

Great team and people, especially at corporate. Flexible with locations and working remotely. Learned a great deal due to corporate culture.

Cons

Corporate culture does not necessary trickle down to the business units. Sometimes there is too much red tape at business units, processes could be made more efficient.
