Toxic work environment

Pros

Pay is competitive and benefits are good but do not make up for the toxic work environment and mental strain.

Cons

Toxic work environment is tolerated in the Atlanta corporate office and supported and overlooked by HR. This workplace is an old school environment that needs a total overhaul and house cleaning of senior management which is 99% white males. Women and minorities are not supported in senior management roles.

good pay and proffit sharing

Cons

when you go to hr and other people go to hr to get something done the several employees leave with over 30 years combined service dont get a exit interview why you left then you find out hr and management was having a fling then create a different job for her because thats probably against huber values which has went from 8 to 4 might as well get rid of the other 2 need to bring in tim romans to clean this place up
