Salary, benefits, people, job responsibilities, supervisor, working environment, profit sharing, field says I need twenty words but this is the maximum I can come up with.

Cons

Location, driving distance to work, stab you in the back attitude, Human Resources Department was a joke, clients entering the office were rude and mad most of the time, poor attitude of upper management and their attitude towards lower grade employees.

Encourage work-life balance. They focus on safety, community involvement, and environmental issues. Compensation is reasonable and potential to gain bonus is decent.

Cons

No feedback on performance, negative or positive. Too many long time employees who underperform are allowed to continue unabated. Disconnect between HR and management.
