The environment feels very chaotic, with teams operating in silos and limited cross-functional communication. There is little to no structured onboarding, documentation, or guidance for new employees, making it difficult to get up to speed. The lack of established processes and clear ownership creates unnecessary confusion, duplicate work, and inefficiencies that impact productivity. There is significant opportunity to improve communication, standardize workflows, and provide better support for new hires.

Horrific higher up - district managers etc. Very old school technology - not very organized or modernized. Very shocking for such a large & wealthy company.
