Great salary Good people Good work/life balance

Cons

Simply put they have too many VP and ED's in the business and there not caring about the associates. For a large bank they are way behind with fintech and big tech firms

Pros

Great Culture / Team Great benefits Lots of "extra-curricular" societies to get involved in Good diversity across the board (one of the best I've seen for gender)

Cons

Overall the firm is good, but this particular programme is extremely strict. If you are interested in learning about various back office support teams then this would be a good role, if you are more ambitious and want to use it as an "in" to front office, then this is a less attractive option. Most common step-up is going into a trade assistant role, then move onto a desk
